[ECOS] wait states on EBD7312 board

Hello,

I'm using eCos on the cogent EDB7312 board trying to program the expansion
bus-width and wait states for CS5 to interface an AD dsp chip.

Programming the bus-width field has been very straight forward. Programming
the wait states for the expansion bus, which should be the exact same
procedure as the bus-width, has not been possible.

I can change the bus-width by setting bits in the MEMCFG1-2 registers and
verify by logic analyzer, yet the wait states will not change.  Attempts
using a MAJIC ICE, changing init code, and the application itself to program
the wait states have been unsuccessful.

If anyone has any experience with changing the wait states for the memory
expansion bus on a EDB7312 with eCos I would very much appreciate any advice
at all.
