CYGPKG_NET_INET6 in the "Basic networking framework" (CYGPKG_NET) package.

Try it and see - but eCos is configurable so just using the default
configuration won't give you useful values if your object is to make the
kernel small - there are many things that can be disabled, or buffers
reduced to save memory, and it all depends on what your application needs.

That's why there's no one answer to this.
