Huat,
I entered "SNDS100" in Google and hit number 1 was this:
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/ecos-patches/2002-10/msg00102.html
... The enclosed patches and attached files add flash support for the Samsung
SNDS100 development board. Specifically, support for the Winbond W29EE011
flash chips. ...
The second hit on Google led me to the schematics of the board and taught
me that the processor is a KS32C50100. There is nothing very difficult on
the board for the rest.

Network/S3C4510B/SNDS100.pdf
This pdf gives a detailed description of the chip:

Network/S3C4510B/AN_S3C4510B.pdf
(page 39 gives a nice system view of the chip).
Other relevant hits are:
http://www.cygwin.com/ml/ecos-discuss/2002-10/msg00300.html
... I'm beginning a new project with the S3C4510 part and have the SNDS100
eval board running RedBoot and the hello world eCos application. ...
