What is the minimum memory amount for TCP/IP network?

Hi, there,

I have a AT91 ARM board with 256KB SRAM for data access (programme runs from
Flash memory) and a CS8900A Ethernet controller. I just wondered if it's
enough to run TCP/IP network?

Thanks a lot.

David
