Assist.com Announces Association.Assist.com

Dear Assist.com Subscribers and E-zine Editors:

                        Assist.Com Announces Association.Assist.Com

COLUMBUS, OH -- 07/23/2001 -- Assist.com, a leading provider of products, services
and assistance to webmasters, today announced a new service for Associations to better
communicate with their members.

The service, called Association.Assist will assist association managers in building and
managing a website tailored to the needs of their membership and users. Based on the
information provided by directors, Association.Assist will custom configure a website
that is easily managed by the association executives and updateable by the membership.
Authorized members of the association are able to update and add information to the
website with minimal effort.

According to Brian Lockrey, President of Assist.com, the Association sites were created
specifically to meet the needs of busy administrators. "Every association needs a website,

manage the website infrastructure including all servers, databases, Internet connectivity,
networking issues and website security.

Internet products and services to help association executives save time, increase
productivity, and add dollars to their bottom line. Professional associations need
professionals to assist with the management and hosting of their website and Assist.com
offers these services at minimal cost to the association." Pesce continues to say, "The
management of the information on the website is managed by the association directly,
resulting in a large cost savings."

Association.Assist is available on two formats. A Basic package includes: Current News,
Fully Functional Calendar, Board of Directors, Your Association Information Page,
Members Benefit Information Page, Interactive Forms, RSVP Forms, General
