This is hardware dependent. Which target do you use eCos for?
For example we use eCos on EDB7212, and can find kbd support functions in
the hal package for EDB7212 at:
c:\Program Files\Red Hat\eCos\packages\hal\arm\edb7xxx\v1-3-1\misc
(for a Windows installation)
