As I understood there is some work at redhat to fix bugs in the net-package
beta
(timeout.c, support.c), which is not yet available via anonymous CVS.
It is expected to come "soon" - offering a reliable TCP/IP stack with
BOOTP/DHCP,
TFTP, SNMP.
Great!
Is there a hope for getting telnet access also in the short future?
