   A port by Cygnus to the MCore is under consideration. I am unable to
   reveal any more information at this point.

Incidentally, the sharp-eyed GNU-watchers (hmmm, sounds like a bird
species :-) ) will see that mcore bits are already showing up in GDB
and binutils snapshots...
