Actually if the RAM is the *only* difference, that could be made an option within the EB40a HAL.
Ok, I'll try to understand those cdl's.
btw Using FLASH is not trivial. In fact I can see no method to map two blocks of 2 MB and one of 1 MB in continous area on that processor.
So I am mapping it non-continous and I'm not using it. Eventually somebody may want to move some code and or data to the other FLASH block.
