Various wallclock device drivers (eg ds1307) declare that
CYGPKG_IO_WALLCLOCK_IMPLEMENTATION is the parent of
CYGIMP_WALLCLOCK_HARDWARE. However,
CYGPKG_IO_WALLCLOCK_IMPLEMENTATION is not loaded by the "redboot"
template. CYGPKG_IO_WALLCLOCK_IMPLEMENTATION is therefore parentless
and appears at the top level in the configuration tree within the eCos Configuration
Tool for certain RedBoot configurations (eg "moab" target).
We need to find a more consistent parent for CYGIMP_WALLCLOCK_HARDWARE.
