If i want to change any! entry in the configuration tool from 
TRUE to FALSE the configuration tool crashes with a divide 
through zero error message. This is also true for Win95, on a 
Win NT 4.0 SRP 4.0 all works fine.

How-To-Repeat:
Mostly it doesn't work

Fix:
i haven't discovered one

 The eCos configuration tool unfortunately does not currently work on Windows
 95/98 because of some cygwin tcl/tk issues.  The suggested work-around for
 the moment is to use NT until a fix can be found for 95/98.
