Open issues:

010219.1 -- Duplicate Dwarf elimination

010222.1 -- Multisection location and range lists 

	There have been numerous proposals on this second topic,
	and we have discussed this issue at every meeting for
	the past several months.  I believe that it is past time to
	either approve or reject changes on this topic, without
	further resubmissions and revisions.

Late proposals:

We have received a number of proposals for changes to the Dwarf 2 
specification, in particular to improve support for Ada.  To repeat my 
comments from the agenda for January 9, 2001:

	"In September, we established a time frame for finalizing the Dwarf 
	standard.  Although we did not establish a firm deadline for 
	submission of proposals, we did establish a target date of 
	Jan 1, 2001, for 'All issues resolved and proposals considered'."

At the January 9 meeting, we extended the schedule to complete consideration
of a very few issues which were in process at that time.

How do we wish to address this latest set of proposed revisions?  

(Note that no comment is made about the merits of any of these proposals,
the topic is how to proceed toward completion of the Dwarf 2 standard.)
