We do not have an archive of the email.

Please be assured that you have done nothing inappropriate, and that
your participation is welcome.  It's just that it is a mixed blessing.
We had looked for participation on Ada issues but didn't find anyone
interested.  Now that we have someone with both interest and expertise,
we find that we have two conflicting desires:  first, to bring the Dwarf
specification up to date; and second, to complete and publish the
specification in a timely manner.
