Where can I find the "DocBook: The Definitive Guide" sources as
single-file download? (eg as a .tar.gz of XML etc files)
I can't find it on the Files page of
http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook , which is at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=21935 .
On
http://docbook.org/tdg/en/
there only is a link to the CVS interface
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/docbook/defguide/en/ .
It would be great if there would also be a link to some .zip or .tar.gz.
