Bob:
This is the code that is not working
<itemizedlist spacing="compact">
<listitem><para>Download both LibXML and LibXSLT from <ulink
url="http://xmlsoft.org">http://xmlsoft.org</ulink>. Make sure that
you download the highest version available gor each library as they
are usually released in pairs and are only compatible with an
equivalent version (e.g: LibXSLT 1.0.10 will only compile against
libXML 2.0.4.13 or higher.)</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Compile and install LibXML by following the steps
below:</para></listitem>
<itemizedlist spacing="compact">
<listitem><para>Uncompress the source file and move it to a temporary
directory.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Configure the source for your system by typing
./configure</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Make and make install to install the library on your
system</para></listitem>
</itemizedlist>
<listitem><para>Install LibXSL following the steps below:</para></listitem>
<itemizedlist spacing="compact">
<listitem><para>Uncompress the source file and move it to a temporary
directory.</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Configure the source for your system by typing
./configure; it will automatically find the location of LibXML and the
related files it needs</para></listitem>
<listitem><para>Make and make install to install the library on your
system</para></listitem>
</itemizedlist>
<listitem><para>To test your installation, run XSLT proc by typining
xsltproc at the command line. If successful, you should see a listing
of the xsltproc options</para></listitem>
</itemizedlist>
It should run, it has worked for me in the past, I don't know if I did
anything wrong or notOn 03/04/02 16:32, "Bob Stayton" <bobs@caldera.com>
