Well, this link won't be checked by DTD validation. But there's no
reason why a more sophisticated processing application (an editor, for
example) couldn't check this link.

| (linkend, xlink:href) for doing almost same in parallel brings many
| troubles and uncertainity in processing as Norm pointed earlier. It is a

We're going to have both, at least for V5.0. Hopefully we'll get
feedback on whether or not it's a problem in practice.
