True; although it seems to me that an effort should be made to identify
just what it is about the phrase it is that makes one want to
render it in "red".  Perhaps a role attribute value like "realimportant"
or "dangerous" or whatever would serve better?  The idea is that the
same document, printed on a black-and-white laser printer, could still
have these phrases formatted to stand out distinctively (underlined,
a blackletter typeface...).
