Beware that tools like this (usually) introduce a lot of significant
whitespace into your source document. TeX has pretty good rules about
discarding whitespace, and HTML browsers do a fair job as well, with
other tools, YMMV.

And be particularly careful with table cells. See the pernicious mixed
content notes in The Definitive Guide.
