After I found the ISO SGML definitions of "notation identifier" and
"system identifier"
I conclude that WP has little knowledge of the foreign languages into
which they translate their programs. I guess they translated incorrectly
"identifiers(s)" to "Kennzeichnung(en)" (and not to "Bezeichner").
Accordingly I have adjusted the dtd-compiler error messages I got with
DocBook XML DTD V4.0beta1:
