Ok, the problem with the secon line and the missing space is still
here, but at least lines wrap in tables and the rules are there.
I currently run (from ftp.cygnus.com in /pub/people/rosalia/docware):
jadetex-2.3-1
jade-1.2.1-2
and Norms stylesheets (1.41).
