Hi all
I have a functioning SGML installation that produces terrific HTML.
Now I want to produce other formats for printing.
I tried the following:
jade -t tex -d <...>/print/docbook.dsl <...>/docbook-dtd/docbook.dcl <my_file>.sgml
jadetex <my_file>
Looking at the dvi file with xdvi, I see that there is a nice TOC at
the beginning, but instead of page numbers I only have some "??".
I ( hopelessly ) tried to go on with dvips and gs -sDEVICE=pdfwrite,
but the page numbers don't show up.
The same happens with the RTF backend.
Am I missing something ?
