I'm trying to make an index for my document, according to the
documentation at
<http://www.tldp.org/LDP/LDP-Author-Guide/compiles-sgml>
and various other places. That is, I use collateindex.pl and jade,
but the critical HTML.xml file remains empty...
What do I do wrong?
