I'd like to remind another source of packages: The "docbook-tools" at
ftp://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/docbook-tools/new-trials/
and a source of documentation: the crash-course to DocBook at
http://www.caldera.de/~eric/crash-course
(this guide will be integrated to Debian soon, BTW).
