The RTF output ability is one of reason that keep
me in DocBook/SGML. I am not aware of RTF format
generation by DB/XML appraoch.I am generating RTF by using
db2rtf script on RH Linux(7.2/8.0/9.0/AS 3.0).
Also I have problem of missing the
images in RTF while it shows ok in PDF and
page number in TOC is fixed at perticular
number.
Not really helpful, just to share my
experience.
