- Subject: DOCBOOK-APPS: How do I generate indexes from DocBook?
Hi all
Anyone know how to fix this?
$ jade -t xml -d \
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/dsssl-stylesheets-1.64/html/docbook.dsl \
-V html-index nzat.dbk
jade:nzat.dbk:4:61:E: could not get
"/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd" from "www.w3.org" (reason
given was "Service Unavailable")
I have all the catalogs and DTDs installed locally, and can process
the above using xsltproc with no problem. But now i want to generate
an index, and the only instructions i could find refered to jade:
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/dsssl/current/doc/indexing.html
(I'd appreciate it if you could Cc: me on answers.)
