Hi. I am wondering how I turn the bookmark option off for my PDF output. I
am using the DSSSL stylesheets and OpenJade to convert the docbook markup to
PDF. I searched the archives and found several posts on formatting the
bookmarks but nothing on how to turn them off. Please advice. Thanks.
