Inserting pagebreaks in pdf output using FOP

Hi all,
I have a document with an appendix containing some large tables and graphics and
I'd prefer to see them on a separate page each.
Is there a simple way to customize the fo-stylsheets to insert a pagebreak
before or after an element?
Any hints appreciated!
