Several elements are apparently valid in a figure between the title and
graphic, including:
address, beginpage, cmdsynopsis, graphic, indexterm, informalexample,
informaltable, link, literallayout, olink, programlisting, programlistingco,
screenshot, synopsis, titleabbrev, ulink.
Maybe one of the linespecific class would do - like literallayout, if all
you want is plain text.
