I thought it was going to be easy, then I realized it's going to be quite
tricky. In order to get proper page-break functionality (odd pages, new
headers and footers, etc.), all of the book components are rendered in
their own page sequences. In order to avoid the page break that this implies,
you'll have to rework the ($component$) function to not produce a new
page sequence and you'll have to rework all the division level things to
add an appropriate page sequence.
