I will be glad to switch to XML - it is a "future of
docbook" (as some classics said :), but don't know how much forces it will take
in current SGML documents converting. Changing headers only?
KOI8-R does not contains unallowed characters, but win1251, using
in Windows, does. I convert source koi8-r code into win1251 before
RTF production and jade and jade errors.
While using XML this converting needed too. Should it change
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="koi8-r"?> into <?xml version="1.0"
encoding="windows-1251"?> ?
