I'm not to sure if looks a fright comes close to what I want but here goes
:-).

2000.1.19	Routers A adapted to prevent exploit described in ISS
		 Alert X.
		Changes implemtented by admin A.

2000.1.24	CERT Alert X could be an issue on Bastion host.
		Changes requested by admin A.
		See CERT Alert X.

2000.1.25	Bastion Host DNS proxy updated to lastest version.
		CERT Alert X no longer an open issue.
		Changes implemented by admin B.
		Chapter 5 DNS changed and comments inserted.

2000.1.29 03:05	Atempted intrusion detected on mail02.xyzcorp.de.

2000.1.29 03:30	System mail02.xyzcorp.de has been shut down and is being
		scanned offline due to system reboot.
		Unaffected systems:	mail01, mail03, router C, Proxies,
		 Terminal Servers, Viruswalls, RAS-A.
		affected systems:	mail02, router B
		Security alert for Extended Security Zone.
		Work in progress by "Admin of the day".

		Attack was based on tool bla and Alerts: a, b, c.
		Intrusion detection modified to ignore attack 2000.1.29

2000.2.22	User A on system B is creating mail loop.
		System B denied access to mail servers through router C.
		Changes implemented by admin B.
		Admin of system B notified.
