Hi folks,
Before I embark on the path, has anyone produced an extension to Norm's
stylesheets that handle the DocInfo element and children?
Currently we have things like this:
<para>Contributed by Mark Murray (based on contributions by Mark
Dapoz)</para>
scattered at the top of several chapters in our documentation, and I'd like
to formalise the information (and it's presentation) in DocInfo (or the other
*Info elements that appeared in 4.0).

Internet connection, $19.95 a month. Computer, $799.95. Modem, $149.95.
Telephone line, $24.95 a month. Software, free. USENET transmission,
hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Thinking before posting, priceless.
