Windows 7.

That seems so. ps -W:

     4504       1    4504       4504  cons0   1001 15:46:40
/usr/bin/sleep
     4504       1    4504       2312  cons0   1001 15:46:40
/usr/bin/sleep

ps -ef:

   Bengt    4504       1 cons0    15:46:40 /usr/bin/sleep
