Yes, thank you. Looks like all the packages are installed OK. My guess is
that the post-install scripts didn't run properly because the GIT tools you
have in your path took precedence over the Cygwin ones. I'd suggest
temporarily removing C:\Tools\Git\bin and C:\Tools\Git\cmd from your path,
deleting C:\cygwin64, and rerunning setup. See if that helps.
