Re the Logitech stuff:  I have two same-hardware (HP dv8t) same-OS
(Win7 Ultimate x64) PCs with both keeping current Cygwin updates.
Cygwin is not used so often on the 2nd PC and it does not have any
Logitech stuff, yet I have seen this same tcsh crash there too.
