Yes, as evidenced by the fact that there is a gcc4 package containing a
build of gcc 4.3.2. But since a pre-existing binary exists, that may be
simpler for you than building your own.

Use setup.exe to select the source for gcc4 to see how Dave did it (and
what patches he had to apply).
