I do know that know. And I was not the one that was using it all over the
place in the code I had inherited!
Nevertheless being non-standard, I found out that it's been used rather
widespread - even on AIX!

Anyway about it, what you have here is a gcc question. Somewhere on the gcc
web site is a list of what namespaces non-standard methods have been moved
to. That is, if it hasnt been removed all togeather. question for gcc, if
you cant work it out yourself.
