I already have nearly all the code lying around on my hard disk to do this -
it's just a case of recovering from the flu and waiting for my RSI to heal -
so maybe in a few months.... :-)
How about perhaps keeping /proc for only Cygwin processes, and using, for instance, /proc/win for all Windows processes? Then it'd be fairly simple to create a patch for procps to support "ps -W" (and "top -W"?)
