Yes! I've seen the same thing since upgrading to cygwin 1.1.5-6. I'm doing
a make -j2 on a MP box (dual 450 with 1/2 GB of RAM), and at some point,
make just hangs, and tlist shows a bunch of make processes but no relevant
activity. I've just upgraded to 1.1.5-7 and am trying again, but i'm not
too hopeful.
