gnuwin32 and snn

Hi,

I try to get cygwin32 running together with Source-Navigator.
My problem is, that source navigator seems not to find the gnu-tools as
make, gcc etc. In the NT dos box, gcc and co. are found. The variables
(GCC_EXEC_PREFIX etc.) are set as in the documentation.
How do I get that running?

By the way: it seems that C:\ is used by bash as root-dir by default,
how can I change that to any other drive:directory (mount?, registry?)?

Thanks in advance,
Andreas
