hmm:

	a) I'm uncertain how to configure the system tray to match the
	   reported configuration (a sample .XWinrc might help).

	b) the latest xterm I find from mirrors is still #302 (should not
	   be a problem with the given command-line).

	c) xterm comes up on my machine (which is 64-bits).
