XWin -- Problem

Xwin doesn't start. Please help. The log-File ist attached. It seems to be a problem with the multiuser environment. Running XWin as a Windows-Administrator is no problem, but running as an restricted user fails.

Sorry, if the solution is in a forum, I really searched hard, but found only others who had the same problem but no solution...
