missing header file /usr/include/X11/extensions/Print.h

In the current distro, /usr/include/Xm/Print.h  #includes
/usr/include/X11/extensions/Print.h, which is missing.

Version of /usr/include/Xm/Print.h:
* $Header: /cvsroot/lesstif/lesstif/include/Motif-2.1/Xm/Print.h,v 1.10
2004/06/07 20:01:48 dannybackx Exp $

Version of the last XFree86 version
/usr/X11R6/include/X11/extensions/Print.h:
/* $Xorg: Print.h,v 1.3 2000/08/18 04:05:44 coskrey Exp $ */

If Xm/Print.h is in error or obsolete, perhaps it should be removed.
(Note it is included by Xm/XmAll.h also)

If X11/extensions/Print.h is required but omitted, perhaps it should be
added.

I note by comparison there are a number of other headers formerly in
X11/extensions which are no longer present, but the status of these is
unknown to me.  I was building s/w which required Xm/Print.h which
revealed the problem.

Possibly relevant installed versions basics:

cygwin  		1.5.25-15
lesstif 		0.95.0-2
libX11-devel	1.1.5-2
libXm-devel		0.95.0-2
libXt-devel		1.0.5-2
xorg-x11-base	7.4-1	        (obsolete, I will be removing it)
xorg-x11-devel 	6.8.99.901-1  (obsolete, reinstalled only to get missing
header)
