errors under XWin

For some years I have noticed errors logged into my XP Pro Event Viewer
under Applications. I have seen others also post about these problems,
but I have not seen any resolutions. These have been associated with
opening windows after running my window manager under a startxwin
script with
/usr/bin/XWin -clipboard -multiwindow -notrayicon &

I had thought this might be problem with xterm, since I have always
used xterm windows under XWin. However, with the new mintty I also see
these same errors. I assume this is something about not running XWin
correctly under Cygwin. I run cygwin under cygserver, as can be seen
in the attachment of the output of `cygcheck -svr`.

The errors logged are:

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( Cygwin ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information
or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You
may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description;
see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of
the event: cygserver: error getting handle(1724) to server (5).

These errors are not fatal; I seem to be able to run my windows just fine.
However, I'd like to not see errors posted in my log files.

Thanks.
