Hi,

Doesn't the download mechanism take stock of what's been downloaded
already and pick up where it left off? I got a report of a failure at
99%. When I restarted the download, it started from the beginning. ???

Also, when I selected multiple download sites, I expected the download
processing to pick ONE of them, not download the same file from each of
them. ???

How is it supposed to work?
