Looks like this is a regular topic now.
Possible causes are:
firewall software (disable for test, some need deinstall)
another software already listening on port 6000
wrong owner of /tmp/.X11-unix or of the file in that directory (created
as Administrator but now used as regular user)
PS: Urgent Help is a bad description. Sounds like urgent business
