Hi,
I have noticed that always, sooner or later, all processes that use
Cygwin X server to display anything end up with nice value 5. And that
often means they get really choppy or completely impossible to use. It
happens only when I use Cygwin X server, when I use some *nix and X
server there then it works fine.

If it has any relevance, I use X over SSH tunnel, SSH client being PuTTY.
