Can´t open remote-X-Apps on my local windows-machine :-(

Hi,
I´ve tried anything :-( ... hope anybody could help because this is
really urgent.
I treid this:

but it doesen´t work.
Here is the complete session, started on a cygwin shell:

$ export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0
