Xwin.exe with HP

I use Xwin in XDMCP mode, I have configured the italian keymap in XF86Config
file but I have some problem to connect HP-UX server, the keyboard is
remapped wrong.
Cygwin run on my IBM T20 notebook and work fine with all Solaris platforms.
I call the X server with the command
start XWin -query %REMOTE_HOST% -lesspointer -clipboard -xf86config
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/XF86config
Anyone can you help me?
