You can put "XWin.exe" in
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"
or
I think if you put an entry for "XWin.exe -ac -multiwindow" in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
you should also have to PATH variable set to point to proper cygwin dir
and DISPLAY=localhost:0
(PS: I feel setting of registry in this case is OK)
